I purchased this before going on a road trip where I knew I'd need to charge multiple batteries at the same time and have a GPS navigation device plugged in as well. It worked great and the battery indicator is a nice touch.
I did notice that the middle socket did not seem as deep as the side ones, which was an issue for one of the adapters as it wouldn't plug in all the way. I was still able to use all three at one time because the other adapters were shorter, but it's something to be aware of.

The car battery indicator is not really helpful, just an accssory
They provided screw to fix it, who the heck is gonna screw in the car? They should have provided velcro!!

Works very well in my car. Doesn't fall, and battery light are useful to know when my battery is low...which happens and caused me trouble in the past (needed a jump) because I use it mostly in the city so the battery doesn't have time to recharge enough between multiple starts. This device fits nicely into one of the storage cubby-holes in the dash/console of my Suburban. With the 3-Way socket expansion, it provided me the additional outlets needed to power up my Garmin, air cleaner, and cell phone charger. It has illuminated outlets and provides a battery strength indicator, which is a nice added feature. In fact, the indicator suggested my battery was very low, and, about 2 weeks after installing this, my battery needed replacement. LOL And NO!, It was not this device that drained my battery, it was just the appropriate time for a new one. :)
It appears to be of solid quality and works well. I would readily buy this same device for another car, if needed.
