Digital camera Review: Horrible! Ignores Emails, Nasty!!

i ordered something. it was defective. i emailed him to return it, he tells me i have to pay a restock fee. i found this outrageous b/c it was defective. but what was more outrageous is that he would not tell me how much the restock fee would be (assuming everything was returned in unused condition, which i assured him it would be and acknwokledged that if it wasnt that he could charge any amount he wanted) in advacne. i dont know how i could even decide whether i want to return it on that basis. this is on top of ignoring my emails, and being downright nasty with me. this guy is a total jerk
