Shame on Me! I did not properly research the new Front Load Washers, saw them everywhere and assumed they were the latest and greatest. Boy was I wrong. I've only had the Duet Sport for 2 weeks and am so disappointed, it is unbelievable. It vibrates horribly. I called Whirlpool Customer service. Incredibly the lady told me to move the washer to another room because on the truss system floor, the washer would not work quietly, without vibration. She said it had to be on a concrete floor. I've now re-read all the sales info and NOTHING warned me about this vibration problem, NOTHING! Had I known about this, I would never have purchased a Front Loader of any kind. If you are considering a Front Loading Washer on a Truss Floor, don't do it. You will be terribly disappointed........period.
Today a Tech Rep came out,tweaked, leveled, and did everything he knew to do to fix it. He started the machine and it walked 4 inches right toward him. Oh well, be warned. Do not buy a front loader, you will regret it forever. I'm trying now to have it exchanged.
