I'm a experienced computer kinda guy (10+ years)I am so happy with this card, easy installation, and operation, runs LOTR BFME, AND NWN2 with only minor pauses (my fault), dual view is a blast I download movies from amazon.com and watch them directly to the TV. Currently being used in a Emachine W3052/512MB/120GB/AMD3000+.

It runs Sims 2 just fine at 1024 x 768 with all the graphical options turned up. I don't ask much more of this since it's not my performance machine. A great value to give your older AGP based machine some more pep.
If you REALLY want to push your AGP machine wait for an nVidia 8000 series card. They're making an AGP one!

My old video card was getting outdated. I wanted a good bang-for-the-buck video card to speed up desktop performance and to allow me to enjoy the latest desktop effects. This card gave me all of that. In Windows XP, I use it with the latest WindowBlinds features. In Ubuntu Linux I use it with all of the features of Beryl and Emerald. And in both cases everything moves fluidly without hesitation. In both cases, I installed the latest drivers from NVidia's website. (For Ubuntu, don't bother with "Restricted Drivers" and such. Search ubuntuforums for the topic "How to install Nvidia drivers" with the comment by x1a4. It's easy.)Digital camera Review: Excellent Graphic Card !!!

Excellent graphic card for that price. I install it on my old machine (Athlon XP+ 1700) and works perfect !!!. It runs very well the new games (Oblivion, Neverwinter Nights 2, Resident Evil 4). I could run Oblivion and NWN2 with almost all the graphics details !!!...
Forget the Geforce FX Series !!!
