I bought this adapter for my car, earbugs and plug in stereo speakers. I play music from my VX6900 through my car audio system, my earbugs and my stereo speakers at work, and this adapter also coverts my car audio and plut in stereo speakers into a speaker phone, and my earbugs into a headset. This is one of three different adaptors I own for my HTC 8925 (AT&T Tilt). It works great and looks like it belongs on the phone when connected. I have not had any trouble with it as far as the stereo goes. Works great!
I have had some issues with the charger when using power intensive programs (online tv or streaming radio 64Kps+ with GPS running - dont ask why). When the charger is connected, it says it is charging, but doesn't actually charge. It does charge when you are not using the phone for a lot of power hungry applications though like playing mp3's or videos you have on the sd card. Still worth every penny!

Pros:
- works for me with HTC Dream & Magic (G1 & Mytouch)
- compatible with android 1.6
- charge & listen at the same time
- great for the car
- price - I got mine for $2
Cons:
- a little bulky but most of the time doesn't bother me much. I can use it on my phone in my pocket for music on the go
- doesn't fit on G1 with a case on it, you will have to remove your case to use it
- while charging, sound gets a little staticy, most of the time it's not too bad and I don't notice it
Other notes:
Have not tested it with a headset, only headphones.
I wish it was turned 180 degrees, while in the drivers seat the cables come out the side towards you, makes it just a little awkward to hold.

I have tried to get headphones to work with my Tilt for quite some time. This adapter now allows regular headphones to function. The headphones that came with the tilt don't even work!?! The only drawback is that a headphone with a mic still doesn't work.
