Digital camera Review: Don't buy for Windows 7

I run Windows 7, x64 on a older pc. I bought two of these, one for myself and one as a Yule gift. I cannot use the year of anti-virus that came with it because it is an older version and doesn't run on windows 7(even with compatibility and administrator privs.) I've been trying to get Kaspersky to issue me a new code for the version of their product I actually run, its been 5 days but it maybe sorted soon after 4 emails.. thats a reflection on Kaspersky(the program that comes as a bonus with this product)
On to the firewall, I ran into immediate problems when trying to install it. I had to go to their website to get a windows 7 version of the driver software. Not a big deal, but a minor bother. Then after getting it installed I find it won't run more then 4-5 hours without having to be unplugged and plugged back in. Again, not a huge stresser but very annoying when your working or gaming online.

All in all it keeps the baddies out, which is good, and it does well with this. It fails on outbound protection though allowing multiple programs through various 'leak tests'. If you run the AntiVirus and Firewall together(as I'm sure most people will) you should be at a descent level of protection, good value for the money. If on the other hand you're looking for hard protection from trojans and seasoned black hats you might want to keep looking.
