My primary reason for buying the speaker was because I was going on a cruise and wanted to be able to listen to music without having on headphones. I knew that I could also use it in my office so it would constantly be in use. I love it! It serves it's purpose. It comes in handy. It goes as loud as your Zune goes. For cruise purposes I wish it could have been louder, but for my office, it's perfect. I haven't had any problems with it at all. Good buy!
