Digital camera Review: What a dissapointment

I will never EVER buy another Zune Mp3 Player and I advise others to heed my advice. I bout my first Zune 120 gb about a year and a half ago and it worked great for six months, then slowly it started to stick and then finally it gave me that dreaded 5 error which asked me to contact customer service, it wasn't so bad so I sent it off to be fixed. Well I bought another one while the other was off to be fixed because I wanted to give the new one to my cousin, and what a surprise the new one I just bought a week ago just decided to stop working and showed me the number 5 screen again, I called microsoft and they simply said send it off, well I did and when I get them back I will throw them as far away from as I possibly can, I bought the Zune to listen to music, not to be sending it off for repairs every other week, but I asked around and to my surprise there are SO many people having the same issues with the Zune. I am now a proud owner of an IPOD and let me tell you that even though the IPOD's programming is a bit of a pain, it is RELIABLE and that is what a customer wants, just thought I would want to warn others about the bug problems microsoft is having and just be careful when dealing with the Zune, I hear the new Zune HD is good, but that is a chance I am not willing on taking anymore.Digital camera Review: Will not honor warranty

Zune will not warranty the player if the screen is cracked no matter what. My screen was cracked because of a malfunction in the battery and Zune reps said we would have to pay $79.99 for a replacement. They had my player for two months and never mentioned it not being covered by warranty. Then they sent back the player I sent in. The player has never been dropped, so that is not the problem. The cracked screen is only a symptom. The player will not power on nor will it charge. Still Zune will not honor the warranty. I was told they test to see what makes the screen crack and that is why a cracked screen is not covered. Basically saying the player has to be mishandled for the screen to crack. Well, my Zune is here to prove them wrong. Now I am out $250 and I have to by a new mp3 player. I think I'll buy an ipod.Digital camera Review: ZUNE 80 GB is great

The Zune 80gb is awesome. I've had the device for a month now and I love it. It's well worth the price, although I paid less than the advertised price.

My grandsons christmas present was a big smash. He loves his Zune and said he was a little bored trying to fill it up completely since he has only used 28% of the space. He says it holds and holds and holds.
