It's nice to know that whenever you need any of your Zune accessories, they're exactly where they belong,...in your Zune Gear Bag. Instead of digging through your desk drawers or under your car's seats, it's all in one place.
Although it seems to have been made for the 30gb Zune, my 80gb Zune in it's Zune Leather Case fits snugly in the cut out. Here's an inventory of what I regularly keep in my Zune Gear Bag: 80gb Zune in it's Zune Leather Case, Zune Sync Cable, Zune Premium Earbuds, DLO USB PowerBug Wall Charger, DLO USB Auto Charger. I've also been known to put my car keys and wallet in there as well. So as you can see, literally everything in it's place.
Some may say it's bulky, but it is a "gear bag". We musicians know what that means; whatever you need, whenever you need it (and some stuff extras just in case).
All in all I'm very happy with it and recommend it too every Zune owner. If you're like me, you do a lot of shopping around before you commit. I get total usage out of my Zune Gear Bag (and then some). I know you will too...

I purchased the Zune Gear Bag for next to nothing not expecting much. I was just looking for something I keep all the stuff in one place. Wow, did I get a surprise! It is a great protective case that stores all the cords along with the headphones. It also has room to keep additional items. I could not be happier with the purchase! I love this bag, it is very sturdy molded plastic that will protect your Zune in almost any conditions. Great for traveling or just to keep your accessories all in one place in your car.
The molded plastic insert for the Zune itself is meant to hold the Zune, therefore you can not use if your Zune is in another case, but, again, it was meant for the Zune, how can they be expected to account for other manufacturers cases and products.
The accessories side hold everything including many types of chargers, (I keep my cell phone charger in it as well)
A great protective case all around.
