I bought my Zune several years ago and this same docking station was much more expensive. At this price, I bought two more. I now have a docking station for a second home and another for an outdoor patio set up. It is very practical and the remote works well at a fair distance. The seating of the Zune in to the dock does not feel very sturdy but it works fine. The cables are sufficiently long, a pleasant change from many electronic/electrical devices. The only reason I did not score five stars is because of the flimsy connection and the fact that the remote did not work, the pre-installed battery was dead as a dodo. Otherwise, this is a great accessory for your Zune.Digital camera Review: I have no idea how this product is!!!!

I ordered this product June FIRST and HAVE NOT received it yet!!!!! It is currently July 12th, so if this product works I literally have no idea. I do know that the vendor is NOT reputable. Don't buy anything from them. I have bought well over a hundred products from Amazon and this is the first problem I have had. I received an e-mail stating that this would be cleared up and my money refunded and I would receive the product free of charge that was 12 days ago....at least they are consistant nothing has happened! All of the components and cables are well made.
It is easy to set up and the sound quality is great.
It has multiple base plates, for different models of Zune.
The base plates only fit a naked Zune. So any protective cases must be removed. For me it's a minor inconvenience and one that I quickly adjusted to.

The AV Pack doesn't work with any of my tvs, digital or analog. I really haven't taken the time to investigate further but it's definitely NOT "plug and play". I love the base for charging though.Digital camera Review: Key word: Docking

This docking station is a usefull addition to the Zune(which is GREAT!), but man is it difficult to drop the zune into to the slot. I've had it for almost 3 months, and I would say that about 5 times has it dropped in with easy. The rest of the time it takes longer then it would to plug an audio cable in the top. I've had other docking stations and the problem with this guy is the shallow hold. Once you do manage to dock the device, the system works great. I always try to use the remote, but feel a little foolish some times when I go searching for the remote rather then just using the input on the Zune. Video playing works well, but I haven't got much advantage out of the wireless syncing.
