I bought this Zune dock for my 13 yr. old daughter for Christmas. She loves it and has no major problems with it. She has a 30g Zune and she uses it on the dock while connected to the TV via A/V cables. The only complaint/s was that the remote was too small for her (she is used to a TV remote, and the buttons are smaller on this remote), and you have to set the Zune on the dock easy or it won't seat correctly. She had to adjust at first, but it's no big deal. She says that 'you just can't slam it in there, you have to sit it right for it to work.' Overall she loves it, and the ability to have it docked and use the functions of the remote make it a good buy.Digital camera Review: A must-have accessory for the Zune

I have owned my Zune for some time, and only recently purchased the home A/V dock. It functions as a charging base, a connectivity base for A/V data, and contains the IR transceiver for the remote control. This unit is well-designed, and really transforms the Zune from a portable media player into an accessory for your home stereo/home theater system. I highly recommend it.Digital camera Review: Great!

This is a great product! So easy to use, relatively good picture on my old sdtv, much easier than burning dvds!
Only issue(s): What to do when you're done using it! It feels wrong to just pull the zune off the dock and backing out of tv out takes a little bit of effort. Leaving it on the dock keeps it on and charging... Seems like there should be a switch or way to turn it off a little faster. One other thing is playlists for video; I haven't figured out a way to make them, but that doesn't mean it isn't possible.
Otherwise, a great accessory!

You can use a cord and plug directly into your tv from your zune, but this gives you a remote and keeps power to your zune. The remote works just like the controls on the zune. Remember to set your zune for tv out in the settings. Digital camera Review: home av pack

The Zune doesn't fit snugly and if it jiggles a bit, you lose the connection. You might not notice this until you discover that you are not charging. Also, I could not get video on either of my tv sets. Audio was ok, but I still do not know why the video doesn't work. I tried with both component cables and RCA style analog cables...no luck.
