I gave these headphones a 2 because they were very cheap. I do like the sound quality very much, but when it comes to fitting in the ears, it's a pain. I don't like the fact that I have to cram them in my ears to get them to stay in, even after changing to the smallest bud size. The case is neat and they don't tangle much, but if you want to do anything active while wearing them, forget it. I couldn't get these to stay in my ears at all when I ran. Unless you plan on sitting or standing in a stationary spot while you use them, don't get them.Digital camera Review: Don't waste your money

These earphones worked great until the right earphone just quit working about a week after receiving them. I am willing to understand that this could be a defect and requested a replacement pair from Zune support, which they granted. Just an FYI, Zune support is one of the more bizarre customer service experiences you will have. No need to go into the details here, but I am awaiting my replacements and hopefully they will work as well as these did before they broke.
Also, I do like the carrying case as it keeps the earphones from tangling as these particular ones were prone to do. Definitely try all of the earpiece sizes because only one of the three came close to fitting in my ears.

I am very happy with these headphones. The sound quality is excellent. I have been startled by the Bass a few times thinking it must be coming from somewhere else. It does look like the version 2 of these headphones have a better covering to the cables and I was originally going to pay up for those but for $15 these are a great deal. I can see why they upgraded the covering to the cables. The way they are packaged leaves them bending back and forth. With time these straighten out. Still, not a big deal.
