The best part of this bag is that it includes the deluxe headphones. MS is notorious for overcharging for it's zune stuff so shop around. The extra cables are nice and it's got plenty of room. I've been literally waiting for the mailman each day to deliver the travel pack to me and it finally arrived today. Even though I was very excited about getting it, I was even more excited with actually using the accessories. The case is nice: big enough to fit anything important in it and small enough to travel with. It is also very organized. The adapter's nothing new, it charges the zune (obviously). I suppose its good for when there isn't a computer available, but I already had one, so I didn't care a whole lot. The dual headphone jack controller is extremely convenient. I tend to go on vacation with my family and not everyone in it wants to listen to what's on the car's radio. I can share my music with my friends and family now and not have to either listen to it with the volume too high or the volume to low. I can control how I want to hear the music, and they can control how they hear it. The most fascinating item included were the headphones. I knew that they were supposed to be able to isolate noise, but I didn't realize that it made that much of a difference. As soon as I put them on, everything went silent and the only thing I could hear was the music. However, this does not mean that they necessarily reduce all noise to nothing. At the time I was alone at my house, and as soon as people got home, there was audible noise. I did notice an extreme reduction, though, and am happy that I bought them for the price I paid. It would've been nice if Microsoft had told me that the "premium headphones" are only half the quality of the headphones of the exact same title that come with the Zune. The cord is rubber, and feels cheap by comparison to the headphones that come with the Zune, and the sound isn't nearly as good in my opinion. The packaging of the headphones was neat, but frustrating to duplicate once you've unraveled them for the first time. Putting your headphones away in this tiny plastic case every time you put your Zune away is just not practical at all.
The carrying case is very nice, but the fact is I already had a sync cable, a (much smaller) AC charger, and a sync cable. I didn't need those again. I really was just hoping the carrying case and the extra headphones would make it worth it. While the carrying case sure is durable a great fit for my 2nd gen 80gb Zune (even with a silicon skin on it the device), it's just not worth the price.
If you're looking for a good carrying case, I recommend settling for something cheaper. If you're in it for the extra headphones - just don't.

The case, headphones, remote - everything about the Zune Travel pack is great. However, even if you don't think you need everything, at least get the Zune Premium Earphones, they're an INCREDIBLE improvement over the standard headphones, and better than all the headphones I bought from walmart.
