The case is good and sturdy but bulky, not so great for your briefcase on a plane. The interior is well designed, plenty of space for Zune stuff. The headset is ok, not anything exceptional, just a backup I guess. The power converter did not work at first but now works fine. The headset splitter does not work at all, but applications for this thing are so limited I won't miss it. I have purchased a Zune 80GB and I was looking forward for the remote controller included in this package. But I got upset when while trying to make it work, it didn't. Now I know it is because of a compatibility issue.
Amazon and Microsoft (especially Microsoft) must be more careful to offer products and accessories with full compatibility among them.
Apart of that the case is nice, that is why I rated it with three stars.
Al other stuffs included work fine.
