I have not yet bought this product- but will enter 4 stars for you. In their defense, the vendors arent always the authors of the decriptions. For instance, I bought and returned a cell phone advertised on Amazon as "quad band", when in reality it was a tri-band. Some time later I took a road trip to Little India to see the vendor's other phones, and this is what he told me. Despite the later time frame, it was STILL being advertised as a quad band,which does not exist in the very, very sweeet LG Renoir.
