The iHome LED Color-Changing speaker system made a fabulous present for my daughter's 8th grade graduation. She uses it every day with her iPod Nano. It is really a joy to hear her singing along to her favorite songs. This unit caused her to grin from ear to ear, even before she had it plugged in, and the smile has grown ever since. The unit is sturdy, colorful, and sounds great. I couldn't be more pleased with this purchase.Digital camera Review: A little gimmicky but works well

I loved my last ipod speaker dock but when I received the 5G nano last Christmas, my old dock didn't charge it. I'm terrible at remembering to charge, so I started looking for a new dock. Finally settled on this one. Here's what you need to know:
It holds my nano strongly and charges it.
The sound is pretty good, though the speakers are located on the sides, so it could be better.
The lights are fine -- a little gimmicky but whatever. You can also turn them off.
It comes with several ipod base adapters, so that's nice.
It's a good size--5 1/2" cube.
Overall, it's the right thing for me. I don't really need a remote or a portable device, so I'm satisfied.

Before x-mas "10" I was looking for a speaker/charger for my son's I -Pod he was getting for X-Mas, something cool, unusual. He's 15 & loved it. He has his own room in the basement & has it on all the time, I would definatly recommend this to anyone any age 0-100! i was so excited when I found this item, because I have been loking for a docking speaker to play my I-Pod in the bathroom. This is an awesome speaker, good quality for such a samall thing. It is pretty loud and awesome. This little cube is stylish,portable and lightweight. The colors are so vibrant and that is what makes it so "cool" as my son says. His ipod is charged while playing and that is a bonus. I was surprized at how loud the speakers be. The sound is clear and would be great at parties. It does not come with a remote. The website is misleading when it shows a remote that can be bought with it. We ordered a remote that it recommended and when we tried it, it wouldn't work. We called the iHome customer support and they claimed that the iHome LED Cube does not have a remote. So for those of you who want a remote, there is none. We aren't too disappointed because the iHome cube is so awesome and my son loves it even without a remote.
