Digital camera Review: good all purpose radio/alarm system

I've had my iHome or about a year now. I got it at the same time I got my iPod and I've enjoyed them both. The iHome functions well as an alarm with waking to your iPod tunes or the radio as options. The battery backup is great and has saved me a couple of times from a cat induced unplugging of my alarm. I also like that I can charge my 30 GB iPod or my partners Nano. The little Daylight Savings Time switch on the back was really cool when "springing forward" this year. Lastly, the sound. I think it's pretty darn good and it fills my bedroom with enough sound for me to just sit back and enjoy the music. I would recommend the system if you are looking for a new alarm clock to use with your iPod. Oh, one last thing, the iHome has stood up well to a couple of falls from the bedside table and it keeps working strong.Digital camera Review: great, but still could use slight improvements

i love my ihome, and would recommend it to anyone; i've never understood why so many reviewers complain about tiny flaws... yet i have to point out one thing that i haven't seen anyone mention: after your ipod comes on to wake you up, it shuts off after an hour and doesn't come back on. you also can only hit the snooze button for an hour before the unit just stops waking you up. this can be a problem for heavy sleepers like me that sometimes take more than an hour to fully wake up and get out of bed... but regardless of the users' personal needs and sleep habits, it seems pointless for there to be a one hour shut-off.Digital camera Review: iHome iH6 Clock Radio

This clock radio rocks!
It's used by a 10-yr.-old boy. Fits his original-era iPod Shuffle perfectly. Also works with an iPod Classic.
Sound quality is good, and it has a dual alarm as well as a sleep feature. You can control the illumination of the face, too. -This has made waking him up in the morning oh so much easier. However, note that you cannot wake up to Shuffle, only iPod or radio.
